Clive has extensive experience of a wide range of commercial dispute resolution gained by acting for corporate, individual and institutional clients over many years. His expertise covers contractual issues, professional negligence, corporate liability, insurance claims, and company disputes.
Clive regularly acts for cases involving defamation and breach of privacy. He also advises publishers, editors and writers on pre and post publication legal issues.
