Deborah is experienced in all aspects of the dispute resolution process. She provides specialist advice in areas including defamation and programme clearance. She is also experienced in the field of intellectual property advising on matters such as copyright, trademark, passing off and domain name disputes.
As an additional specialism, Deborah undertakes a broad range of property litigation work, dealing with both residential and commercial property disputes.
Deborah is used to dealing with high level and complex litigation having conducted cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Chambers and Partners 2011 recently ranked Deborah as an “Associate to watch” in the field of Media & Entertainment and she was especially praised for her litigation skills in the media sphere. She is regarded as “very thorough and good with detail”.
